Bing Translator updated to support Windows Phone 8

Bing Translator is already available for the Windows Phone 7 platform. However it hasn't been released for Windows Phone 8 handsets until now. Bing Translator for Windows Phone will become your personal interpreter making you an expect in various foreign languages.

Press the Search button on your Windows Phone, tap Vision  and then scan the following barcode by pointing your device camera toward it

Bing Translator for Windows Phone uses voice recognition algorithms to convert your speech into text and then translates it to a language of your choosing (based on availability on the app). The translation will then be pronounced by the application with the accent typical to the desired language.

Bing Translator for Windows Phone is also capable of scanning foreign text through the device camera and rendering the translated text in augmented reality style.
