Motorola has promised to pay users back $100 if they do not upgrade the Droid RAZR HD to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean by the end of this year.
The huge 3300 mAh battery boasts 13 hours of video playback, 21 hours of talk time. It also promises 10 hours of streaming video and 27 hours of streaming music over Verizon's 4G LTE network.
