The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now receiving the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update. Users in the United Kingdom are currently reporting that they are receiving the update and we expect the roll out to reach other territories in the near future.
The update is said to be 237MB in size and will bring with it all the new features you would expect from Ice Cream Sandwich. It would be frustrating to some users knowing that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean offers a faster and smoother experience and is being enjoyed by Google Nexus 7 users, but I am sure users will appreciate any update at this point.
When you receive the notification you can update your device Over the Air or by using the Samsung Kies Software.
