We live in a world dominated by mobile technology. But can mobile phones do everything we can do on our laptops or netbooks?

Microsoft's Doug Thomas sets to prove that all you need is your trusty Windows Phone even if you were stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Check out the following video which shows Doug make use of some of Windows Phone's unique features like Live Titles, Me Tile, Pin to Start and  Local Scout to help him navigate his way around.

This is also a clever way for Microsoft to demonstrate some of the features of Windows Phone to make it stand out among it's competitors.
