Nokia Lumia 800 - Faces battery problems

The Nokia Lumia 800 is the first official Windows Phone from Nokia and it is now available for UK consumers. But the current flagship from Nokia is facing some issues with the battery draining

Users have complained that the battery drains even when the device is standing idle. Nokia has responded to say that the 7740 update will improve battery life on the device which runs Windows Phone 7.10.7720.68 Mango by default, but even users who have already updated to the latest build continue to face the battery drain issues.

Hopefully Nokia will be able to fix this issue soon. It doesnt sit well when their first venture into a new environment which is Windows Phone results in bad results like this.
