Google introduces Pages on Google+

Today Google released Pages for Google+. The Pages are similar to what's available on Facebook and allows users to follow celebrities, companies and charities on Google+

You can recommend a Page with the +1 button and add it to your Circles to follow updates from your favorite Page.

The Hangout's feature is integrated into Pages as well and allows the Page manager to host a Hangout for  their followers.

The Pages feature is slowly rolling out and presently only a few pages are available. But overtime we should see more Pages appear.
