Motorola KORE officially announced

The Motorola Kore which was expected to be the successor to the Motorola Xoom turned out to be portable media player coupled with a digital fitness assistant. This information surfaced in the form of a patent which was filed with the USPTO. Check out some photos of the device below.

All expectations hoping for it to be a quad-core processor powered tablet turned out to be nothing more than false speculation. While the Kore name may not refer to the upcoming tablet lineup. Motorola will probably still release their successor to the Motorola Xoom sometime this year.
