Unlike Facebook Google+ has separated your gaming from your social feeds and you will not be distracted by the game feeds. So if you are not interested in gaming, just ignore it.

Google has some popular titles like Angry Birds and Zynga Poker and promise to bring some high quality game titles from a narrow range of partners they have chosen to work with.
