Apple App Store surpasses 15 billion app downloads

The Apple App Store has just crossed a huge milestone today, with it's downloaded app count crossing 15 billion downloads. At just three years of age, this is an amazing achievement. Developers have been paid over 2.5 billion dollars to date, and the store houses over 425,000 apps, which include 100,000 iPad apps.
