HTC HD 2

The HD2 is a smartphone designed and manufactured by HTC and runs Windows Mobile 6.5. The device features a 4.3-inch display, 5MP camera with dual-LED flash and is powered by a 1GHz processor. 

While the device has all the hardware requirements to run Windows Phone 7, it didn't get to savor the latest mobile OS from Microsoft because it lacked the hardware key requirement which Microsoft has made a strict requirement.
